Basic Education Training Provider Recertification Applications

The overall purpose of training recertification is to ensure that approved training providers continue to maintain required levels as defined by DWS. Basic Education Approved Training Providers must recertify at least once a year, or more often as deemed necessary by DWS.

Training providers must submit recertification applications and all required documentation at least 30 days prior to the dates listed below. Failure to submit a complete recertification application 30 days prior to the date results in removal from the Basic Education Approved Training Provider list.
