United States Department of Labor (DOL) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Competitive Grants for Green Job Training

        1.  National private, nonprofit entities with local affiliates which provide services in 4 or more states, with 3-7 communities total and a minimum of 1 community per state, OR
        2. Local entities: Public organizations such as community colleges and workforce investment boards or private nonprofit organizations such as community based and faith based organizations
