The topics to be addressed at the seminar will be: Retaliation
(for charging discrimination) in the wake of Burlington, Northern v. White case;
recent decisions on the Family and Medical Leave Act; changes in state and federal
immigration law and public employees and free speech rights. Presented by Vincent
C. Rampton, Attorney, with the Jones, Waldo, Holbrook and McDonough Law Firm.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 from 11:00 to 1:30 p.m.
at the Little America Hotel Ballroom 500 South Main Street, in Salt Lake City.
