Salt Lake City - The Utah Work/Life Awards presented by the Department
of Workforce Services, Office of Work & Family celebrates its 10th year.
This milestone comes with some exciting changes.
A 2008 award Kick-Off Call for all new and previous applicants will take place
on Monday September 10, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. (MST). The call is scheduled for
60 minutes. The conference call will cover details of the new timeline, highlights
of statewide Work/Life initiatives, new best practices and an overview of the
application process

Nominations for the 2008 award will open January 15, 2008, and the awards will
be presented in the summer of 2008.
The Utah Work/Life Award recognizes and honors companies that are creating exceptional
workplaces and businesses by effectively addressing employee work/life needs
and striving to create and maintain a culture of equity and opportunity. Being
named one of Utah’s best places to work is an honor that carries many
benefits.

Office of Work & Family Life.
All Utah companies are eligible to participate in the 2008 Utah Work/Life Awards.
