Boeing & Salt Lake Community College

This 11-year partnership provides required training to several hundred Utah employees.  Training is performance-based and includes essential "absolute tolerance" competencies needed by skilled employees working in the aircraft manufacturing industry.  The program features positive attitudes for teamwork and goal achievement, which is integrated into every training phase of Boeing SLC Division's highly successful team-oriented culture.
