Custom Fit

Custom Fit is a dynamic partnership between Utah's vocational/technical education institutions and the business community.  Its mission is to provide customized employee training.

Custom Fit uses state funds to provide employee training at local applied technology centers, college/university, or on the job.

The growing necessity for quality employee training is being driven by technological changes in the workplace, unskilled entry-level workers, and the impact of global competitiveness on the specific industry in which the company is involved.  Custom Fit has assembled a task force of qualified instructors combined with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.  This can save your company money through higher employee productivity, quicker start-ups, lower employee turnover, and better selection among Job applicants.
