How will this help me?

If you live in Utah, this pre-screening tool will help determine if you may be eligible for Financial (Cash), Food Stamps and/or Child Care assistance programs.

What do I do?

Please answer a few questions about the people living in your home. Complete the answers based on the conditions within your household as they are now. The information you put in is confidential and will be erased once you leave the screening tool.

What will I find out?

At the end of the screening tool you will receive an estimate of any possible benefits that you may be eligible for. From the results screen you will be able to review your answers, change them if necessary, or proceed to the online application, where you can apply for services.

Please remember this is a basic screening tool only. To receive benefits you will need to complete the full eligibility process with an application and an interview. The results displayed are an estimate of what may happen and not a guarantee of benefits.
