Report Magnetically or Electronically

Submitting and processing paper reports is costly to both the Employer and the Registry.  Data submitted on magnetic tape, cartridge, diskette or electronic file over the Internet costs less money and substantially improves accuracy.  New hire information for more than one employer may be reported on the same magnetic/electronic media.

Employers submitting Data magnetically or electronically may do so on a semi-monthly basis if not less than twelve nor more than 16 days apart.

DO NOT submit information on hard copy which has already been submitted through magnetic or electronic filing.

Mailing Instructions for Tapes/Cartridges and Diskettes.
When submitting New Hire data please attach an external label to each tape, cartridge, or diskette. The information requested is needed to help resolve problems if they occur and to facilitate the return of tapes and cartridges. Tapes and cartridges will be returned within three months of receipt. Diskettes will NOT be returned unless they were rejected for processing problems. Please provide the following information on the external label:
