How to Report Changes

Basic Change Reporting Instructions

• Please remember that the law says you must report changes in your situation within 10 days of the day you learn of the change.
• Do not put off reporting changes. Changes can affect the amount of your payments or your ability to keep receiving payments.
• If you end up receiving more money than you were supposed to receive by law, you will have to repay the difference.
• Changes you report for one program may affect your ability to be paid by other programs.

To find out the changes your household needs to report, please click on the situation below that applies to you:

1. Semi-Annual Reporting

All members of my household are not elderly and/or disabled
OR
All household members are elderly and disabled, but we have earned income:

• Income
• Household
• Food Stamp Participation/Child Care
• Resources
• Expenses and or Deductions

2.  Non Semi-Annual Reporting

I receive food stamps, all members of my household are elderly (60 years old or older) and/or disabled (receiving Social Security disability payments, for example), and we have no earned income:

• Income
• Household
• Need for Child Care or Child Care Provider
• Resources
• Expenses and or Deductions
