How is My Child Care Payment Determined?
- How much child care you receive is based on how many hours you are working
and/or participating in approved training activities.
- You will receive a Form 980, Child Care Subsidy Worksheet. Your provider
will have to fill this out.
- We will determine a “co-payment” amount that you will be expected to pay
your provider. This will be a set amount based on the size of your family and
the amount of money your household earns.
**Remember, DWS may not cover the total cost of your child care. You are responsible to pay your provider the full amount you owe them.
