Aging Home and Community Based Program (AW)

The Aging Home and Community Based Program (AW) helps people who are age 65 and older live at home rather than in a nursing home.  These customers get services that are not generally available to other Medicaid recipients, such as day treatment programs, lifeline, and in-home respite care.  Referrals to this program are made by the Area Agency on Aging (AAA).
