Non-Citizens
If you are a lawful permanent resident you may be albe to get medical help
through one of the state's medical programs. If you are an undocumented
alien or an alien who is in this country legally, but who doesn't qualify for
medical help, you may get help with emergency medical services, such as delivery
of a baby or a serious or life threatening situation.
How to Qualify:
You must be a resident of Utah
You must show that you have had emergency medical
services in the month you apply or in the 90 day period before your application
date.
You must meet the other eligibility requirements for the medical program you
need. For example, a pregnant woman would need to meet the eligibility
requirements for the Prenatal (PN) or Pregnant Women (PG) programs.
