Utah's Premium Partnership for Helath Insurance (UPP)
Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP) helps working families
pay their monthly health insurance premiums when they sign up for their
employer's health insurance plan. If you qualify, UPP will give you up to
$150 per adult and up to $100 per child in your family every month.
How to Qualify:
Your gross income (before taxes) must not be more than
the UPP income limits.
You or your spouse must be eligible for health
insurance through your employer.
The cost of the least expensive health insurance option must be at least 5%
of your gross income.
