Reporting Address Changes
It is extremely important that we have your correct address at all times. Please note the following instructions:
Claimants: Notify the Claims Center and the Appeals Unit immediately if your address changes after an appeal has been filed. Changing your address with the Claims Center does not change your address on Appeals Unit records.
Employers: If your address changes after an appeal has been filed, contact both the Contribution Unit and the Appeals Unit immediately.
Failure to provide immediate notice of an address change may not constitute good cause to reopen the hearing.
