Our Web Site contains public information and services available to everyone. We also provide confidential information and services which can only be accessed by employers using their Employer Identification Number and the DWS Personal Identification Number (PIN).
The public services section allows employers to register for an account; contains information on tax rates, quarterly reporting, and appeals; allows employers to download selected tax forms; and provides access to tax publications and UI tax laws and rules.
The confidential services section enables employers to file quarterly reports and wage lists online; close their accounts if they are no longer in business; notify us of a change of ownership or business entity; change their name, address, or telephone number; view a profile of their account and reporting activity; and download quarterly contribution reports and wage lists.
