As an employer, you can have a direct voice in the services that the Utah Department of Workforce Services provides you through the Utah State Employer Committee (USEC). The USEC is an "action oriented" committee composed of employers in each local office area. Through USEC you have an opportunity to have direct input into the working of a public service that is supported by your federal unemployment insurance contributions.
