Involuntary Termination of Reimbursable Status

If any governmental unit or nonprofit organization is delinquent in making payment for benefits paid, the Department may terminate such reimbursable election as of the beginning of the next contribution year. A contribution year begins January 1^st. The result of this involuntary termination is that the employer will become a contributing employer for a least two contribution (calendar) years.
