Purpose

Funding must be used for projects that mitigate the impacts of the location of an eligible shelter through the provision of eligible services. Eligible services include but are not limited to: public safety services, community and neighborhood programs, and social services. The Utah Homelessness Council (UHC) is seeking projects that are outcome-oriented and serve the needs of people experiencing homelessness as well as shelter-host communities.

Funded projects must be open to individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or political affiliation.

  • Cedar City
  • Logan City
  • Midvale City
  • Ogden City
  • Richfield City
  • Salt Lake City
  • South Salt Lake City
  • St. George City
