New SNAP Allotment
Beginning in March 2023, households receiving SNAP benefits will no longer receive the federal SNAP emergency allotment (the second monthly payment that has been in place since May 2020). Eligibility for SNAP benefits has not changed. You will continue to receive the amount you are eligible for based on your household size and income.

How do I reset/change my UtahID?
For all UtahID related password resets, go to https://id.utah.gov and click on Forgot Password.
How do I change the email used to log into myCase?
Just login with your new account and answer a few questions to associate the case to your new account.
Do I log into myCase with the same ID/password information that I use when I log in for Unemployment or to search for employment?
Yes. Use your UtahID information to login.
I receive an error that my email is already in use?
Your email might be associated to another case or account. If you think this is an error, please chat with us so we can help you.
