Main Contact
The main contact is generally the person who will represent or speak for the employer during the hearing. If a third party representative company is going to represent the employer at the hearing, that person would be the main contact. Otherwise, it would be the person from the actual employer who will be the main contact, such as the owner, manager or human resource representative. Additional witnesses can participate as needed.
If the employer is going to be represented by an attorney, do not list the attorney as the main contact. You will list the attorney’s information later when you confirm for the hearing.
