Utah Summer P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer)
P-EBT was a temporary program administered during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This program has ended.
P-EBT funds that were not accessed for 274 days after they were issued will have expired. Once funds have expired, they cannot be re-issued. Workforce Services is no longer able to provide support or answers about P-EBT eligibility or missing funds.
If you need to replace your P-EBT card, are having issues with your P-EBT card, or need to update your mailing address for an existing account in which there is a current balance, send an email following this format:
- Subject Line: PEBT Card Issues
- Body of the email:
- Description of your issue
- Full name (name used to register your student for school) for all children who were enrolled as of May 1, 2023
- Birthdates for all children who were enrolled as of May 1, 2023
- State Student ID or SSID for each child (this is not required but is most accurate to locate accounts; do not submit your child’s’ school lunch number.)
- Your full mailing address including any apartment, lot, unit numbers and zip code
- The name of all parents/guardians living in the home (list the name(s) as they are reported with the school)
- Your contact information
We will be unable to respond to emails that do not include all of the information listed above. Note: Assistance can only be provided for accounts that have an existing balance.
