myCase is Now Mobile Friendly and Easier to Navigate



Customers using myCase to apply for SNAP, Child Care, Medical and Cash/Financial assistance can now easily access their information from a phone or other mobile device. A new update has improved navigation to make it easier to apply for and manage benefits.


At jobs.utah.gov/mycase, customers have 24/7 access to their case. Updated features include:

  • Login enhancements

    • Login to an existing case, apply for benefits or login as an authorized representative

  • Live chat during regular business hours (M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., except holidays)

  • Simplified navigation menu

  • Case summary with detailed information about a case in one easy-to-read location

  • Access to all notices, forms, documents, verifications and notifications about a case
