Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP)

The Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP) provides income-qualified Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) customers with a monthly discount on their electric bills. Eligible customers may receive a HELP credit of up to $19.00 per month, with an additional Life Support Assistance Credit of up to $10.00 per month, if applicable.

To qualify, customers must meet the income eligibility guidelines established for Utah's Home Energy Assistance Target (HEAT) Program. The easiest way to enroll in HELP is by applying for HEAT, which allows eligible customers to receive the benefits of both programs.
