Utah City Population Estimates

In 2025, Eagle Mountain had the fastest growth rate of any large city (with 50,000 or more residents) in Utah, increasing by 8.5%. The state's largest city, Salt Lake City, expanded by 0.3% or 594 residents. About a third of all the cities saw population declines. The largest numeric declines occurred in Orem (-1,128 residents), Logan (-899), and West Valley City (-763).
