County Agricultural Profiles

The Census of Agriculture is conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture every five years. Data from the survey was most recently released in April 2019 with data covering 2017. As a whole, Utah had more than 18,400 farms and nearly 11 million acres of farmland in 2017.
