To confirm participation for a scheduled hearing, or to see the status of your appeal request, click on the appropriate link below and follow the instructions.

Appeal Hearing
All parties are required to confirm participation for the hearing prior to the start of the hearing. You should confirm participation as soon as possible. If you are the one who filed the appeal (appellant), you must confirm participation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing time or the hearing will be cancelled. If the hearing is scheduled on a Monday or the day after a holiday, the appellant must confirm participation by 3:30 PM of the business day preceding the weekend or holiday. EX: If the hearing is scheduled on a Monday, the appellant must confirm by 3:30 PM on the previous Friday.

Appeal to Board
You do not need to confirm participation for an appeal to the Workforce Appeals Board (Board) because there will not be another hearing. The Board will allow you, and the other interested parties, to provide written arguments as to why the ALJ's decision was correct or incorrect. Generally, the Board will not consider new evidence. You are not required to provide additional information beyond your appeal.
