Our free services include the following:

Case Management/Employment Services
Need help or want more information about resources? Make an appointment to learn more about services such as Social Security Income, Social Security Disability Insurance, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Department of Workforce Services. Mental health counseling is also available by referrals for mental health counseling..

Assistive Technology
Try out the latest technologies in our assistive technology demo lab. Devices include caption and amplified phones, listening and alerting devices such as pocket talkers, flashing doorbells and alarm clocks.

Hard of Hearing Program
Learn how to live with hearing loss through our regular workshops and classes, as well as direct client consultations.

Facility Services
Our facility includes a conference room with an audio loop system, a video phone booth,a social room with hearing loop and games, and internet access.

ASL Interpreter Lab
Through our interpreter lab, we offer mentoring and testing as part of the state certification program for American Sign Language (ASL)/English interpreting.

Community Classes/Recreational & Social Events
Lifelong learning classes are offered such as cooking, computer skills, budgeting, gardening, health and fitness and American Sign Language. 
Activities include guest speakers and presentations, family activities, cultural richness events, craft socials, and seniors 45+ events. View the events calendar.

Educational Presentations
Stay updated on current events, laws, and research regarding those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Our free presentations are held at our facility and other locations upon request.

Library Resources
Learn more about the Deaf culture and hearing loss through our library of books and videos. Resource topics range from educational to entertainment. TVs are available in the library to view the materials.
