Supporting Governor Cox’s executive order to best serve Utahns through Government Reform, Innovation and Transparency, Workforce Services publishes this Transparency Dashboard with performance averages. This data is updated quarterly.

Customer weeks on unemployment benefits bar graph shows an average of 13.4 weeks in Utah compared to 15.2 weeks nationally.
Unemployment appeals timeframes graphic displays 13 days in Utah compared to 190 days nationally.
The average call wait time for benefit programs is 19 minutes and 22 seconds. The target time is 18 minutes.

 

Graphic shows there were 83,346 job postings.
