Utah’s 19th Annual Homelessness Conference
Where Compassion Meets Community - Statewide Collaboration for Change

On Monday, October 16, 2023, Utah's 19th Annual Homelessness Conference, with the theme "Where Compassion Meets Community - Statewide Collaboration for Change," offered attendees an opportunity to gain insights, connect, and be inspired to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring.

The event presented a compelling agenda with diverse sessions and notable speakers. Attendees had the chance to network, collaborate, and register their involvement in the ongoing fight against homelessness.

To conclude the conference, a video of the closing session is now accessible. It features compelling insights from a panel of individuals with lived experience. The session, titled "Lifting Voices — Meaningful Lived Expert Inclusion and Advocacy," featured presenters Maygan Martinez, Rob Ferris, Frederick Sheehan, Steffine Amodt, and Herbert Elliott. Katie Zimmerman moderated the session.
