Deeply Affordable Housing Funding (DAHF)

The Utah Legislature set aside $55 million from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in 2022 to create afund called the Office of Homeless Services Deeply Affordable Housing Fund. This fund will help to financehousing projects that include affordable units for households affected by the COVID-19 emergency andwhose income is no more than 30% of the area median income.
