HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
HOME-ARP is a new federal program that provides funding to states and other jurisdictions to helpindividuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations. Utahreceived funding to award agencies to perform allowable activities under the newly created HOME-ARPprogram. All projects utilizing any HOME-ARP funding must comply with HUD notice CPD-21-10 and withrequirements outlined in the State of Utah HOME-ARP allocation plan. The Office of Homeless Services (OHS) offers funding, coordination, and program support to service programs throughout the state of Utah. OHS does not directly provide services or funding to individuals and families. If you are in need of services, please visit endutahhomeless.org.
