Women's Services

Nearly half of the approximately 65,000 refugees currently living in Utah are women and children. We understand that refugee women face unique challenges when adjusting to life in the United States. Our team provides comprehensive and coordinated services to assist and empower refugee women through employment, education and life skills:

  • We empower refugee women by providing resources to education, health, training and living wage employment.
  • We help strengthen women’s self-reliance and resilience for stronger families and communities.
  • We provide literacy workshops for women to learn how to navigate and access information needed to care for themselves and families.
