You are an able bodied adult without dependents (ABAWD) between the ages of 18 - 49 with no children living in your household and your work hours fall below 20 hours per week.

If your work or training hours change and you no longer need child care during the hours of approved employment and/or training activities. 

When you are no longer in an approved training or education program. 

If you begin to work less than 15 hours per week for single parent households, or in two-parent households, if one parent begins to work less than 15 hours per week or the other parent begins to work less than 30 hours per week. This includes termination of employment.
