Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund
The Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund (PAHTF) is funded by the Utah State Legislature and by contributions made by individuals on their Utah Individual Income Tax Form TC-40, the PAHTF is a competitive grant program to supplement various agencies statewide in moving people out of homelessness.
Eligible activities for funding under the PAHTF include:
- Temporary Shelter Operations
- Transitional Housing
- Case Management
- Outreach
- Day centers
Agencies providing these services are encouraged to apply for funding. The grant application for these funds is done as part of the Unified Homeless Application. This process typically begins in February each year with funds being awarded in July. The contract period for PAHTF grants runs from July to June on the State Fiscal Year.
